You can place an order directly through our website by adding products to your cart and completing checkout. You will then receive a confirmation call or email from our team.

Yes, COD is available
- Shs provides same day delivery exclusively for Karachi prepaid orders only. Subject to availability delivery charges are excluded.
  • Other cities in Sindh: 2–4 working days
  • Other Cities in Pakistan: 5–8 working days Deliveries are made through leopards Courier Services.
If you receive a damaged product, please report it within 3 days of delivery with invoice and video evidence. After verification, the product will be replaced.Refunds will not apply for damaged-on-delivery cases.
We provide a 3-day checking warranty. Faulty/damaged products can be exchanged. Refunds are generally not offered, but in exceptional cases, may be approved at SHS’s discretion
  • Yes. Most products come with a 2-year warranty (excluding physical damage or misuse). Warranty claims require video evidence and may result in repair or replacement depending on the issue.
    • The products that do come with the warranty contains warranty card in the product packaging .
Once your order is dispatched, our team will share courier tracking details via email with you. You can track your parcel on the courier’s website.
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.
